Fall 2009 Registration UPDATED 6/15

LATE REGISTRATION AVAILABLE UNTIL JULY 15th

All children between ages 4-1/2 to 19 (as of July 31st, 2009) are eligible to play.

Late Registration cost is $75 per child.

The last day to sign up for Fall is July 15th.  After July 15th, anyone wishing to sign up will be placed on a waiting list, and will only be placed on a team if space becomes available on a first come, first served basis. Signing up prior to July 15th guarantees placement on a team!

Click on the registration link below and fill out your child’s application and your parent volunteer form at home.  Print 2 copies of your child’s application and 2 copies of your parent volunteer form, then call the AYSO Hotline at (810)653-8046 and leave a message with your phone number to make payment arrangements and to drop off applications.  If this is the first time your child has registered to play, you must also provide a copy of his/her birth certificate.

Volunteers needed!!  AYSO is a non-profit organization.  All work is performed is by our volunteers!  We need your help to provide a fun, family environment for the children.  We really need coaches and referees.  Prior soccer knowledge is NOT required.  We will provide all training and support for all volunteers.  We also need volunteers for Concessions, Team Parents, and Field Maintenance.  Please fill out a volunteer form if you can offer even a small part of your valuable time!
